We aim to prepare your accounts in a distinctive style. If you use software to produce invoices and statements, we can set up your software to match. Should we find a letterhead, an invoice or anything similar in your records, then we will include it in your accounts unless you tell us not to. For example, suppose your letterhead looks like this, with your business name in red Times New Roman typeface:
The front page of your accounts will look like this, with your business name in the same red TNR typeface:
The second page of your accounts will look like this, with your business name in black TNR typeface. Other pages in the accounts will also have your name in black TNR:
This is helpful for us when we have several accounts in preparation in our office, so that everything stands out. As we said, we can switch it off and give you plainer accounts if you wish.

then we will also include it on the front page, with your permission:

Ideally every business should have a Unique Selling Proposition, something where it is difficult or impossible for competing businesses to operate. This is a counsel of perfection of course, but if a USP cannot be found, then the business should aim for a distinctive product in terms of service and branding. Our USP is the use of advanced technology, but we have also have a distinctive product just in case our competitors catch up with us on the use of technology.
