We now have a new instant quotation system where you type in a description of your business on the screen, and it gives you a quotation for your annual accounts and any VAT returns at once. There are separate pages to fill in if you are registered for VAT. I have had to learn a bit of Javascript programming in order to develop this system.

To give you an idea of how the quotation form is filled in, there are specimen quotations which you can select. You can then amend the specimen nearest to your own business and get an amended quote by clicking on the GET QUOTATION button.

We are very much accountants who believe in using new technology. This new system gives balance between our internal technology such as optical character recognition and our public face.

The quote we give is necessarily an invitation to treat and not a binding offer. We are of course bound by Money Laundering Regulations to check clients before accepting them.
